What it helps you do
The base creates a short stationary protective ward. Upgrade directions are a defensive hold or ally cover. Together with Protego it gives the knowledge for the physical Ward Amulet ritual. Exact base duration, size and reduction are not supplied.
Cooldowns, limits and refusal
The base cooldown is 30 seconds. Aegivara and the amulet do not multiply; the strongest eligible ward applies. All custom reduction is capped at 40% per hit after armor, with relevant full vanilla Fire Resistance taking precedence. A ward is not hostile repulsion or an invulnerability bubble.
Study and upgrade materials
Aegivara’s exact study tier and material remain unspecified. Personally crafting a shield and knowing Protego are required; unlike Protego, this entry has no explicit shield-consumption study recipe.
