Craft a hopper and already know Decantio. Study at the Spell Bench; its precise per-entry study input/tier is not yet assigned. A hopper itself does not authorize access to someone else’s machine.
What it helps you do
Link eligible owned or permitted workshop ports. Upgrade directions are a routing filter or an additional bounded link. Filivex also provides the learned knowledge for Linked Tokens, which send a deliberate signal without location data.
Cooldowns, limits and refusal
The base cooldown is 10 seconds. Exact range and number of links remain unspecified. Every linked storage location needs permission; full output pauses rather than losing stock. Packing a machine clears its links and old coordinates, so a move is not a way to retain remote access.
Study and upgrade materials
Filivex’s exact study tier and material remain unspecified. Crafting a hopper and knowing Decantio open study; the hopper discovery does not establish that a hopper is consumed at the Spell Bench.
