Discover it, then study
Stand in naturally snowy terrain while carrying a water bucket, or collect legitimate ice as the alternate discovery route. Already know Stupefy. Study with one control essence at the Spell Bench; the snowy route does not require ice ownership or Silk Touch.
What it helps you do
Apply bounded freezing or slow to eligible targets, with approved water interactions only. Upgrade directions are environmental precision or a combat slow. There is no unrestricted terrain-freezing or new fluid-production promise.
Cooldowns, limits and refusal
The base cooldown is 15 seconds. Exact slow, duration and eligible-water list remain unspecified. Target permission, consent and control recovery still apply. The one-control-essence study input is explicit despite the incomplete general per-spell tier map. Learned Glacius and Finite lead toward Maledrix.

Learn Glacius with one control essence at the Spell Bench after learning Stupefy. This explicit study input does not require consuming ice or owning Silk Touch for the snowy discovery route.
